All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods or new drops, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Times

New Zealand (Urban): 1–4 business days
New Zealand (Rural): 3–7 business days

Please note these timeframes are estimates and can be affected by courier delays or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed, please contact the courier first using your tracking number.
If the courier can’t help, reach out to us at doubleupauthentics19@gmail.com and we’ll assist.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately.
We can only update it before the package has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 7 days and we’ll sort it.
